Examples:

Links pointing to the void (cases meant here: permanent cases, not (seldom ones) around build / run-time if there's a temporary failure)
Images not existing, be it locally or by failing to fetch them from a remote location

This can be added to the make system; I'd suggest, optional, as building / running the site must be possible w/o Inet, too.
