fix(data/projects): update data as loaded from NGI-0 880d7d6425

fix(scripts/ingest): only clean legacy property if it exists 9ac69a7cdf

feat(scripts/ingest): guess the project's hex logo URL ef3634fcaa

This is a) a heuristic, b) very slow as it is synchronous, and c)
wasteful (as we don't store the response but only check for the existence of
a resource at the url). But it seems to work.

feat(data/projects): add logoUrls 38b3f6276b

URLs have been verified as working by ingestor script.

fix(scripts/schema_check): make schema check more resilient 20bbf205af

- Don't error out if index needs-refreshing.
- Only check for diffs in schema.json in the work dir: The script should not
error out when commiting changes to the schema.json.

feat(schema,website): add project logo handling 923640b578

- Add logoUrl in schema.
- During build time, download project logos from the logoUrl specified in
the data and include the logo in project detail template.
