There's a hover effect going over a project box, but it's not possible to see the project's detailed view on the site itself (for this, links at the very bottom of a tech dossier needs to be clicked, which is not obvious and accessible).

Clickling on "Visit", leads to the external NLNet site.

We can, but the effect is more of like "selected" / hovered on. The issue with making it clickable anywhere in my mind is that it will be really difficult to use on mobile.

As for Visit I think that that is the intended behavior. There are many project without a description in the dossier app so it makes more sense to me to route anyone interested to nl;net.
