There are multiple options for categorical mappings: Inspiration can be drawn from the NLNet topics or the CDC EuroCommons coalitions.

Before (inadvertantly) dropping the category attribute altogether, we decided to go with a (slightly) extended list of the CDC EuroCommons coalitions as allowed categories in #5.
